Clymac's Maintenance Engineers
Responsibilities
* Conducting routine inspections, testing, maintenance, and repairs of fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems; attending emergency breakdowns on systems including Gent, Ziton, Advanced, Morley, and Emergency Lighting
* Delivering a high level of service to customers
* Identifying and resolving system faults
* Carrying out small system modifications and upgrades as required
* Completing accurate service reports and documentation
* Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
* Working independently and as part of a team as required
Systems We Maintain
* Fire: Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, Advanced, Morley, C-Tec, Protec
* Intruder: Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, Menvier, Risco
* CCTV: Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Generic Analogue Systems
* Access Control: Paxton, PAC, Salto
* Emergency Lighting
* Fire Extinguishers
Requirements
Who We're Looking For
* Hold relevant industry qualifications
* Have proven experience in maintaining and servicing fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems
* Demonstrate good knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
* Are proficient in fault finding and problem-solving
* Have a full, clean UK driving license
* Are flexible and able to work on-call or overtime as required
* Possess strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients
