What You’ll Be Doing Delivering engaging, accessible Maths lessons tailored to individual needs Creating a safe, calm, and predictable learning environment Using positive, relational behaviour strategies to support emotional regulation Helping pupils re-engage with learning and celebrate progress - however small Working closely with support staff, families, and external professionals Who We’re Looking For You might be an experienced SEMH teacher – or you might be a brilliant Maths teacher ready for a more purposeful challenge. You’ll be: A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent) Confident teaching Maths (KS3/KS4 desirable) Patient, resilient, and emotionally intelligent Skilled at building strong, trusting relationships Passionate about inclusive education and second chances Experience with SEMH or alternative provision is preferred - but the right mindset matters more than the right CV.
