Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and inspiring ICT lessons to students at KS3, KS4, and KS5.
* Develop and implement a curriculum that meets national standards and encourages students to develop practical skills in computing and technology.
* Assess and evaluate student progress through both formative and summative assessments.
* Provide constructive feedback to students, helping them build confidence and enhance their skills in ICT.
* Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and independent learning.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, contribute to departmental goals, and engage in professional development opportunities.
* Maintain open communication with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of student progress and school events.
Qualifications and Experience:
* A degree in ICT, Computer Science, or a related field.
* A teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
* Proven experience teaching ICT at secondary school level (KS3, KS4, KS5).
* Strong knowledge of ICT theory, programming languages, and applications.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
