Job description
NWCare are recruiting an Accounts Assistant for their Head Office in Limavady. The hours are 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday.
The successful applicant will provide administrative support to the Finance Team. To enter data from various sources into computer system for processing and data management purposes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To generate invoices and email to suppliers
2. Scan timesheets to attach to invoices
3. Check and amend hours billed against rota management system
4. Post cash and visa lodgements to SAGE and record on Excel
5. Update pay rates and charge rates on Recruitment Management System
6. Post Petty cash transactions to SAGE and gather receipts from relevant offices
7. Post pre-prepared journals to SAGE
8. Spreadsheet data entry from reports provided
9. Work within GDPR legislation
10. Ad hoc duties as required
Essential
11. 2 years office experience
12. Keen eye for detail
13. Competent IT skills
Desirable
14. Expreience of sage
