Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Salary: £108 - £120 per day

Cover Supervisors play an essential role within schools, whether on a day-to-day, long-term or permanent basis. While the role does not include lesson planning or preparation, strong communication and effective classroom management skills are essential.
The successful Cover Supervisor based in Abertillery will:
Hold a CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification, or have a minimum of six months’ relevant experience
Demonstrate confidence in managing classes with students aged 11 to 16+
Effectively manage behaviour to ensure students remain engaged and focused
Be adaptable and willing to work across different departments and with various age groups on a daily basis
