Employment Conditions

* If a DBS check is required, the cost (£49.50) will be reclaimed from your first salary. From 1st February 2019, new starters must join the DBS update service, costing £16 annually.

Clinical Posts
We invite applications for a Paediatric & Neonatal Trust Grade Registrar post. Candidates must have full GMC Registration; MRCPCH or equivalent is desirable. Relevant training and experience in general paediatrics and neonatology are required.
The successful candidate will participate in a fully compliant Middle Grade rota, covering neonatal units, paediatric wards, assessment units, and outpatient clinics, with on-call duties including evenings, weekends, and nights. Support will be provided by departmental Consultants.
The role involves providing acute paediatric services within the trust, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care for children in North Northamptonshire. Our neonatal unit is a level 2 'Local' neonatal unit, part of the East Midlands Neonatal Operational Delivery Network, equipped with 2 intensive care, 6 high dependency, and 8 special care cots.
