This is a part time position in our Ashburton store.
In this role you will:
1. Actively manage Harvey Norman customer repairs & servicing, keeping our customers updated of the status of their repairs and ensure this is completed within an acceptable timeframe while providing outstanding customer service
2. Run weekly reports for repairs/service jobs as required by the Proprietor
3. Advise, serve and assist customers with inquiries on technical Computer issues
4. Assist the Tech2Home Technician and /or the Proprietor with Tech2Home business, ensuring company procedures are followed
5. Actively be involved in the selling of computer products and services
6. Be Healthy and Safety conscious
The skills and experience you’ll need to bring with you include:
7. Solid administration experience in a busy enterprise (at least 1 to 2 years proven experience)
8. Experience working in a high volume administration role
9. Capacity to juggle multiple tasks with a flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to prioritise tasks
10. The ability to think on your feet and manage your own work-flow
11. Great communication and interpersonal skills; understand the significance of confidentiality
12. Numeracy skills with the ability to understand calculations
13. Well-developed computer skills with knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel is a must
14. Familiarity with the Fair Trading Act and Consumer Guarantees Act (desirable)
15. Being full of energy, ambitious and confident
16. Approachable, down to earth and work well as a team member
