Head Housekeeper – Jubilee Heights, Bury
Location: Irwell Street, Bury, BL9 0HE
Contract: Full Time, 40 hours per week
Rate: £13.27 per hour
Responsibilities
* Set and maintain high cleaning standards across the home.
* Lead daily and weekly cleaning routines with the Housekeeping Team.
* Carry out cleaning schedules including dusting, mopping, polishing and vacuuming.
* Oversee cleaning of residents’ rooms, lounges, kitchens, bathrooms and offices.
* Build trust and promote choice, dignity and independence for residents.
Qualifications
* Good standard of education, e.g., GCSEs in English and Maths.
* Supervisory experience in a similar role.
* Strong leadership, enthusiasm and ability to motivate a team.
* Attention to detail and passion for high cleanliness standards.
* Excellent team player, communicator, positive attitude.
