The Deluxe Group has earned a strong reputation as a quality player in bespoke joinery, fit-out, theming, and marine sectors. About the Role Based at our Head Office in Portadown, Co. Armagh, this role will support the Contracts Management team in the successful administration and coordination of project contracts. The successful applicant will play a key part in ensuring all contractual, commercial, and compliance documentation is efficiently managed and maintained throughout each project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Support the Contracts Managers with the preparation, issue, and management of project documentation. Liaise with Clients, Project Managers, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to ensure contractual requirements are met. Assist in the review and administration of subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, and other project-related contracts. Maintain accurate records of variations, correspondence, and contract deliverables. Monitor project progress against contractual obligations and prepare regular reports and updates. Support compliance with Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement in project administration processes. Essential Criteria Minimum 12 months experience in a contracts administration, project coordination, or commercial support role ideally within construction, joinery, fit-out, or marine sectors. Strong organisational and document management skills with excellent attention to detail. Good understanding of contract documentation and project lifecycles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
