About Us:
Fitrite is the UK's leading installer of Decking and Fencing. We create amazing outdoor living spaces, including Garden rooms, Pergolas, Outdoor Kitchens, and much more.
The Role:
Due to continued growth in the Domestic market we are looking to increase our direct sales capacity in Yorkshire.
With experience in direct sales, assisted sales, design lead sales (Kitchens, Bathrooms, Conservatories etc) and a proven history of successful closing you are looking for a new challenge. Visiting customers in their own homes to understand their requirements and then survey, design and recommend you will explain the benefits and options available.
Leads are supplied and you will work with the support of nationwide installation specialists, and build the customer rapport to deliver the best possible outcome for them. You will be responsible for delivering the designs, proposals and quotations. Knowledge of finance options is helpful, but we have dedicated team members to deliver this aspect of the business.
There is excellent earnings potential and as a driven sales person, your time keeping, rapport-building skills and ability to cross sell, expedite issue resolution and maintain the highest levels of service and communication are second to none.
About You:
* You must be passionate about sales, design and home improvements and have an aptitude for surveying for such projects and be willing to keep up to date regarding trends, products and design features. Full training will be given: including products, technical, process, finance, presentation and systems and processes.
* You will need to be flexible with your diary as evening and weekend appointments will be required to best suit the customer.
* Occasionally you may attend trade shows or events as a representative of the company.
* Whilst working on your own, you will be supported by a team at Head Office and will be fully trained in our products. You will be issued with marketing materials, a tablet, phone and car.
* You must be hungry for success and be ready to be part of the next phenomenal phase of Fitrite's growth.

What to Expect:
Pay:
* OTE £50,000 - £90,000
* Basic pay, plus highly competitive commission and performance bonus (uncapped)

Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Experience: Direct Sales: Minimum 5 years (required)
Work Location: On the road; covering the wider Yorkshire area
