Are you an experienced and passionate Key Stage 2 teacher ready to take on a leadership role? Tradewind is delighted to be working with a welcoming and high-achieving Catholic primary school in Watford, Hertfordshire, to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled Key Stage 2 Phase Leader from February Half-term.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Key Stage 2 team, supporting teachers and support staff
Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil achievement across the phase
Oversee curriculum planning and implementation in line with school policies
Monitor and evaluate teaching outcomes and contribute to whole-school improvement
Provide mentoring, coaching, and professional development opportunities for colleagues
