Role Overview
Reporting to the Finance Director, the Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for leading Rosa’s supplier management, product sourcing, and logistics operations. The role will ensure the reliable, cost-effective, and sustainable supply of food and non-food products across the business. Playing a critical part in preserving the authenticity of Rosa’s dishes, the Supply Chain Manager will drive operational efficiency while safeguarding consistent quality and availability across all restaurants

Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Location: UK – 4 Days in the office (Support Office + Occasional Site & Supplier Visits with some international travel)
Reporting To: Finance Director
Salary: £50,000-£60,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement Rosa’s supply chain strategy, balancing quality, cost, and sustainability.
* Plan and maintain appropriate stockholding levels to ensure product availability while minimizing waste and working capital.
* Manage end-to-end logistics, including sourcing, procurement, and distribution
* Build and maintain strong relationships with UK, and international suppliers, ensuring high service standards and reliability.
* Collaborate closely with outsourced procurement partners to align sourcing, contracts, and pricing reviews.
* Maintain accurate product and recipe costs, tracking the impact of product and price changes.
* Partner with Finance, Operations, and Food teams to support menu development, seasonal changes, and new product launches.
* Oversee and maintain the Nutritics system, ensuring product specifications, allergens, and nutritional data are accurate and up to date.
* Ensure compliance with food safety standards, allergen controls, and ESG commitments.
* Anticipate risks in the supply chain and develop proactive contingency plans.
* Deliver continuous improvement, introducing systems and processes to enhance efficiency at both the site and supplier level.
Candidate Profile
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in supply chain management within food & beverage, retail, or hospitality.
* A strong commercial acumen.
* knowledge of food safety and allergen management,
* Resilient, adaptable, and able to deliver under pressure.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
* A collaborative team player who can influence across departments and deliver results.
* Detail-oriented and highly organized.
* Interest in food, sustainability, and current sector trends.
