Role: Client Care Advisor
Location: Myerscough, Clayton Le Dale
How you’ll make a difference
Your role will include:
* Greeting clients and their pets in a warm and professional manner
* Managing appointments and maintaining the practice diary
* Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
* Handling payments and processing invoices
* Maintaining accurate client and patient records
* Supporting the veterinary team with administrative tasks
* Ensuring the reception area remains clean, calm, and welcoming
You will be working up to 38 hours per week.
