You have the opportunity to work for large, well known clients.You will be based in the Midlands with national travel opportunities. As Project Manager, you will be focused on the design and build for major projects in the food service industry. This role is best suited to a candidate with experience in catering or food service fit outs.
What You'll Be Doing
o Managing end-to-end catering, HVAC, and fit-out projects across the UK
o Overseeing on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality delivery
o Working closely with design teams, clients, engineers, and senior project leadership
o Ensuring all work complies with CDM regulations and industry standards
o Managing budgets, timelines, service levels, and client relationships
o Travelling around Midlands as required
What You'll Bring
o Commercial catering industry experience is essential
o Strong background in project management within fit-out / commercial kitchens
o Knowledge of HVAC, design coordination, and construction processes
o Understanding of CDM regulations
o CSCS card (or willingness to obtain)
o Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
o Comfortable with regular travel and additional working hours when needed
