Responsibilities
* Strategic Account Management: Own and drive growth across a portfolio of high-potential accounts. Create and execute account plans that align with BHN's digital strategy.
* Partner Onboarding Leadership: Lead onboarding of new partners in collaboration with product, legal, operations, and global teams, ensuring smooth, fast, and scalable launches.
* Cross-Market Coordination: Serve as a key contact between EMEA and US teams, ensuring alignment on strategy, operations, and partner needs.
* Revenue Growth & Reporting: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, support quarterly business reviews, and report on account health and growth.
* Internal Leadership: Act as a strategic partner to the team lead, fostering a culture of ownership, quality, and collaboration.
Qualifications:
* Several years of experience in digital account management or strategic partnerships
* Experience in gift cards, fintech, digital platforms, or e-commerce preferred
* Proven success managing multi-country accounts and cross-functional teams
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
* Strong communicator across seniority levels and geographies
* Fluent in English; German or Dutch is a plus
