Role Overview
You are the face of our business, greeting and serving customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You will be attentive to customer needs and learn about our products to provide helpful assistance.
Role Responsibilities
* Greet and thank customers warmly, ensuring they have a memorable experience.
* Provide exceptional service, helping customers find products suited to them for in-store and multi-channel sales.
* Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
* Assist with deliveries, stock replenishment, and new stock setup.
* Maintain shop floor and back of house tidiness.
* Stay updated on company activities and promotions.
* Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches.
* Follow all FatFace policies and GDPR procedures.

* Customer service experience is desirable but not essential.

* Team-oriented with good time management.
