Job Description:
Are you ready/prepared to run the race? We are looking to strengthen our Engineering team with CAD Technicians at various career levels based in the Severn Trent region with hybrid working available.
To respond to the growing demand to improve water quality in our rivers and bathing waters and to increase potable water capacity, MWH Treatment is preparing to play its part as one of the UK’s leading Design and Build Contractors in the Water Industry.
MWH Treatment’s service to its client, Severn Trent, continues to flourish into AMP8, whether that is to extend Leicester's largest sewage treatment works to meet expected growth, deliver cutting-edge water treatment technology to build capacity in the East Grid, or maximize renewable energy from human waste.
MWH Treatment, as part of the RSK group, focuses on creating and delivering practical, sustainable outcomes. Our engineers pioneer and perfect demonstrable solutions. The variety and interest in our work provide a platform for our people to master their skills and build meaningful careers.
Join the MWH Treatment family and run the race with us. If you're ready, apply here.
You will report directly to the Regional Discipline (Mechanical) Lead and will be responsible for the coordination, delivery, and quality of drawing work undertaken at the office.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensure designs comply with customer engineering specifications, Water Industry standards, and HSE regulations.
* Manage CAD 3D/2D workload.
* Manage digital delivery.
* Coordinate design outputs across all technical disciplines.
* Raise and resolve technical queries.
* Establish working relationships with construction staff and supply chain representatives to promote digital design, buildability, and supply chain efficiency.
