Role Description
This is a full-time (or part time) role for a plumber and/or gas engineer to carry out work in properties across London.
We will consider applications from experienced and qualified engineers or those newer to the trade, but really we are looking for somebody who is confident working alone most of the time. Gas Safe/G3 unvented qualifications are preferred but not essential. We would be happy to discuss how we can help you acheive these or other qualifications while working for us.
The role will typically involve:
* responsive maintenance and call out plumbing
* plumbing and heating installation (ie pipework, radiators)
* first fix pipework for bathrooms and property refurbishment
* second fixing bathrooms (sanitary ware installation)
With the relevant qualifications, the role would also involve:
* boiler servicing and gas safety checks
* boiler breakdowns
* boiler installations
* heating/hot water system conversions and cylinder installation
Good communication, professionalism and trust is as fundamental to our business as the quality of the work we deliver, and we're looking for somebody that is on board with this.
As this role involves working in lots of properties across London a full driving licence and tools are essential. A van can be provided if required.
Salary and bonus is dependent on experience, but we believe in decent pay for decent people.
Start date ASAP but can be discussed.
