We’re working with a creative organisation that is looking for a Social Media Assistant.
Our Client
A small but growing, specialist organisation, they’re an inspiring success story. They have no HQ, so staff work remotely, though you’ll be expected to visit some of their various locations.
The Role
This is a new role for the organisation, and you will join the marketing team at a crucial and exciting time as they expand. You’ll be responsible for supporting the Social Media Lead to create, deliver, and monitor compelling campaigns across all the group’s social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
You
You should be skilled at creating content, including text, images, and videos, and posting content using Loomly. You’ll know how to track and analyze metrics and stay updated on the latest social media trends. Engaging with their online community is also part of your role. The organisation values team development, so there is a clear pathway for progression.
The salary reflects that you will work for 41 weeks of the year, making it suitable if you want to take most school holidays off, have a side hustle, or travel more. The role is largely remote; you’ll need to travel to the Midlands and North West once or twice a month, so you should be comfortable working from home most of the time.
