Excellent Remuneration package which will be negotiable Dependent on experience Your duties and responsibilities will be * Month End Auto-WIP & Journal returns * Co-ordination of AFC & internal Rolling Forecasts * Provision of information for Monthly Reports * Review of EW notifications & client responses or notifications downstream & upstream * Liaising with Client on compensation events, payment allocation queries or disallowed items * Cost Analysis via SAP & Power BI * Assisting CM on compilation of Project Board Reports * Calculation of BOQ star rates * Remeasurement of BOQ * Update Commercial Registers i.e. CE, EW, Plant, Sales Invoices etc. * Drafting of notifications including letters * Overseeing of Subcontract Management processes * Value analysis– SOR, FP, day works * Change Management – Notification, Quotation & Agreement of Compensation Events * Payment Application & Invoicing * Innovation to improve job margin You will have the following qualifications and experience * Knowledge of NAECI Agreement * Experience on major Construction Projects * NEC4 Option B Contracts * Standard Method of Measurement * Basic knowledge of P6 programmes.
