My client is a dynamic and growing organisation, seeking a driven and experienced Accounts Administrator to support their expanding operations and take ownership of the company’s day-to-day finances.
As an Accounts Administrator, you'll play a key part in ensuring the company’s financial admin is running smoothly and efficiently.
Day to day responsibilities of the successful Accounts Administrator will include:
Managing purchase and sales ledgers
Reconciling bank transactions and credit card statements
Credit control
Preparing monthly financial reports
Processing payroll and expenses
Supporting VAT submissions
Working closely with the wider team
The ideal Accounts Administrator will be confident with numbers and comfortable managing a busy workload. Ideally, you’ll have:
Previous experience in an accounts administrator or similar accounting role
Good working knowledge of Sage
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Good communication skills
