As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you’ll work across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, delivering planned lessons, leading small group interventions, and supporting classroom teachers with differentiated learning. Your ability to step in confidently for short-term teacher absence is key, along with your passion for working with children from diverse backgrounds.

• A qualified HLTA or holds equivalent experience
• Confident in leading learning independently
