Total weekly hours: 39
This is a full-time role from Tuesday- Saturday
Your responsibilities:
* Support the professional, efficient operation, organisation and presentation of the BSH Dublin showroom.
* Help deliver engaging, memorable experiences for consumers and trade partners that reflect the premium positioning of the brand.
* Ensure every consumer receives an exceptional welcome, first-class hospitality and a consistently positive overall experience, whether in person, by email or over the phone.
* Demonstrate a willingness to learn about the full range of home appliances and confidently consult with consumers to identify solutions best suited to their needs.
* Maintain and deliver a consistently high level of support to the Training, Trade Marketing and Sales teams.
Your profile:
* Customer service – excellent customer care skills
* Experience in the hospitality industry, sales or marketing
* In design skills
* Video and photo editing skills (adobe photoshop and premier pro) would be beneficial.
* Proficient in Microsoft office, word, excel etc.
