Waste Manager – OTE £50,000 Uncapped - Monday to Friday – Full Training Provided!
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Waste Team Leader to join our team in Stirling. You will play a crucial role in the growth, development, and logistical planning of our waste customer base and lead a team of hazardous and low hazardous waste representatives to deliver exceptional service levels and compliance standards.

* £28,000 to £32,000 basic salary plus uncapped monthly bonus, with an OTE of approximately £50,000 annually.

Job Role
* Lead and support a small team of waste collection drivers to deliver exceptional service and ensure compliance.
* Plan work schedules and routing, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
* Manage account activities, communicate effectively with customers, and meet sales quotas and waste targets.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer accounts.
* Handle customer service issues promptly, manage holiday and sickness cover, and drive team performance.
Experience / Skills
* A clean UK Driving Licence.
* Experience in the waste industry.
* An outgoing personality who enjoys being on the road, meeting customers, building trusted relationships, and leading a team.
