Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Core Working Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 7:30am – 12:30pm on Friday

As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials that supports our mission to deliver sustainable heat pump solutions for homes, businesses, and communities.

What you'll be doing:
•Replenishing the shop floor to avoid material shortages
•Receiving and processing deliveries accurately and on time
•Safely storing materials using First In, First Out (FIFO) principles
•Picking, packing, and putting away stock with a high level of accuracy
•Maintaining up-to-date inventory records using our systems
•Supporting cycle counts and stock audits
•Working closely with production and logistics teams to meet dispatch deadlines
•Preparing outbound shipments to ensure goods arrive in perfect condition
•Keeping work areas tidy and organised in line with 5S standards
About You:
•Experience working in a warehouse, stores, or logistics environment
•Understanding of Health & Safety and manual handling practices
•Comfortable using warehouse systems (ERP/MRP) or willing to learn
•Forklift (counterbalance) licence is desirable but not essential – training can be provided
•Well organised, reliable, and able to manage your time effectively
•A positive team player who communicates clearly and supports others
