This is a rare opportunity to join a leading Complex Disease Litigation Department in Bolton, supporting the resolution of Industrial Disease and CIC claims across fast- and multi-track matters. You’ll assist a Lead File Handler on a caseload that includes NIHL, HAVS, CTS, and WRULDs, as well as RTA claims involving hearing loss and psychological or neurological injury.
