Account Director – PFI Projects

What You'll Do
1. Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional services that exceed client expectations.
2. Take ownership of operational and commercial compliance across your portfolio.
3. Ensure statutory and health & safety compliance, managing risks and implementing robust controls.
4. Oversee lifecycle planning, preventative maintenance, and contractual obligations.
5. Drive profitability and value for money through smart procurement and contract management.
6. Champion staff development, recruitment, and retention, fostering a culture of growth and progression.
7. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and support functions to deliver strategic improvements.
8. Provide clear, insightful reporting on performance, compliance, and financials.
What We're Looking For
9. Proven leadership experience in Total Facilities Management within a PFI environment.
10. Strong commercial acumen with P\&L management expertise.
11. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
12. Minimum 2 years' experience managing hard and soft services.
13. Professional qualifications or equivalent experience, plus NEBOSH Health & Safety certification.
14. Highly IT literate (MS Office suite).
15. A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for operational excellence.
