We are looking for an organised and proactive Management Accountant to become part of a busy and growing finance team. Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial information and supporting business decision-making across departments. Benefits: £40,000 - £50,000 Company pension 28 days annual leave Early finish Friday Key responsibilities include: Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts, including analysis of financial performance Support the year-end process and liaise with external auditors Manage accruals, prepayments, and intercompany or internal recharges Maintain and update the fixed asset register, including capital expenditure tracking Oversee bank reconciliations and finance agreements such as hire purchase Prepare and submit statutory and regulatory returns, including VAT (UK and ROI) and other compliance reporting Contribute to financial reporting requirements (e.g. surveys, trade returns) and support ongoing improvements to finance systems and processes Requirements: Minimum 4 years experience in a similar accounting role Qualified or part-qualified accountant (e.g. CIMA / ACCA / ACA) Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and financial systems Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Solid understanding of financial processes and controls Apply below or get in touch with Marc Norton at Artemis Human Capital for full details.
