Please be aware this job might be located in Madrid (ES), London (UK) or Milan (Italy) - hybrid or full remote opportunity Job offer - Part time 60% (3 days per week) Description: We’re looking for a Tax Lawyer with expertise in International Taxation and Transfer Pricing to join our global legal and tax team. The role will play a key part in advising on cross-border tax matters, applying transfer pricing guidelines, supporting global operations, structuring international transactions, and ensuring compliance with evolving tax regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Advise on international tax issues, including cross-border transactions, permanent establishment risks, and treaty interpretation. - Support the development and implementation of global transfer pricing policies in line with OECD Guidelines and local legislation. - Draft and review intercompany agreements, ensuring alignment with TP documentation and business operations. - Provide tax input on corporate restructurings, financing arrangements, and IP structuring. - Monitor BEPS-related developments, EU and OECD initiatives, and local country changes impacting international tax and TP. - Collaborate closely with finance and business teams to ensure effective tax risk management and compliance. - Assist with transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local File, and Country-by-Country Reporting), coordinating with external advisors as needed. - Support and manage tax audits and disputes involving international tax or TP matters across jurisdictions. - Contribute to internal training and awareness on international tax and TP topics. Requirements: Qualified lawyer with a specialization in Tax Law, preferably with a focus on International Taxation and Transfer Pricing 5 years of experience in international tax advisory, preferably in a law firm, Big Four, or multinational corporate environment Strong knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, BEPS actions, and international tax frameworks Familiarity with cross-border transactions, treaty interpretation, permanent establishment rules, and IP structuring Proven experience in drafting and reviewing intercompany agreements and managing transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local File, CbCR) Ability to monitor and interpret evolving EU, OECD, and local tax regulations Skilled in handling tax audits and disputes involving international tax or TP across multiple jurisdictions Strong analytical, legal drafting, and communication skills Comfortable working in cross-functional, international teams and engaging with both legal and finance stakeholders Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus LI-GZ1 LI-Hybrid This job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required.
