An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced leader to join a specialist secondary SEMH and SEND school in North Lincolnshire as Headteacher.

The Role:
As Headteacher, you will provide strategic leadership and direction to the school community, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil outcomes. You will be responsible for leading and developing a skilled and committed staff team, fostering a culture of ambition, compassion, and high expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the school’s vision, ethos, and strategic direction
* Drive continuous school improvement across curriculum, behaviour, and outcomes
* Lead, support, and develop staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive culture
* Ensure compliance with all safeguarding, SEND, and regulatory requirements
* Build strong relationships with pupils, families, staff, and external partners
About You:
* Proven leadership experience within specialist or alternative education (SEMH, PRU, or similar)
* A deep understanding of the challenges faced by young people with SEMH needs
* Strong track record of improving outcomes for vulnerable learners
* Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills
* Resilient, compassionate, and committed to inclusive education
