What your days will look like
You’ll work alongside our dedicated Compliance Services specialist team, helping clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Our clients range from multinationals to smaller mid-tier companies across various sectors, providing opportunities to broaden your technical knowledge and specialize in particular industries or technical areas.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Advising large corporate clients on UK and international tax matters, maintaining long-term client relationships, and developing new business through referrals, networking, and opportunity identification.
* Managing clients' compliance obligations, including corporate tax return submissions and tax accounting and reporting requirements.
* Leading and developing teams and colleagues.
* Collaboratively solving complex issues for clients.
This role is for you if
* You possess a tax professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ATT, CTA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent) or have comparable work experience, including international candidates qualifying through experience in their home country.
* You have previous advisory experience with UK and international large corporate tax clients.
* You hold strong UK corporate tax knowledge, including reviewing tax computations and tax accounting, identifying opportunities and risks.
* You have sound accounting knowledge and the ability to interpret statutory accounts.
* You possess leadership experience with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, and can build and maintain relationships within large teams.
* You have business development experience through referrals, networking, and opportunity identification.
* You have a solid understanding of broader UK and global business issues and confidence discussing these with clients.
