5. Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancy agreements effectively.
6. Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, addressing their needs promptly.
7. Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation for all lettings activities.
8. Coordinate property inspections and manage maintenance requests efficiently.
9. Stay updated on property market trends and legislation changes.
10. Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Lettings Manager should have:
