Salary: UE02 - £22,995 - £23,028 per year pro-rata, £12.60 per hour plus 18.1% holiday pay

The Opportunity
We are now recruiting for Food & Beverage Assistants to join the team for our restaurant in the new Edinburgh Futures Institute, opened in June 2024. This is an exciting opportunity to join and be involved in the business from the early days. Based at the heart of the Meadows, in the beautifully renovated old Royal Infirmary, the operation will include a 66-cover, contemporary Scottish Brasserie, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, alongside a more informal Grab & Go takeaway offer during the day. You will be responsible for delivering excellent food, exceptional service, and maintaining high standards within both the café and restaurant operations. To succeed, you should have experience in a similar high street, restaurant environment.
