* Monitoring vendor performance against KPIs and SLAs, leading regular reviews and ensuring corrective actions are implemented when needed.
* Acting as the escalation point for vendor‑related issues across Enterprise operations and ensuring these are resolved quickly and effectively.
* Supporting contract negotiations, renewals and amendments, and identifying opportunities for third‑party funding to support commercial growth (in collaboration with Procurement and Legal).
* Working closely with Service Delivery, Account Management, Technical and Commercial teams to align vendor performance with business needs.
* Ensuring vendors meet all regulatory, security and operational standards, particularly those specific to Enterprise customers.
* Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance vendor performance, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
