Health & Safety Coordinator / Advisor £30,000-£35,000 Full Time, 40hrs Permanent About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated Health & Safety Coordinator / Advisor to join a busy, multi-site operation. You’ll play a key role in keeping our clients teams safe, ensuring compliance, and helping to continuously improve Health & Safety standards. This is a hands-on, varied role with exposure to multiple sites, processes, and teams. This is perfect for someone looking to develop their career in Health & Safety. What You’ll Be Doing: * Supporting the delivery and maintenance of safe working practices across multiple sites. * Conducting and maintaining risk assessments and safety audits. * Investigating incidents and near misses, following up with corrective actions. * Maintaining Health & Safety records and reporting key metrics. * Running site inductions and guiding employees and contractors on safety standards. * Assisting with contractor management and permit-to-work processes. * Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety and compliance. What We’re Looking For: * Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and best practice. * Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. * Confident communicator with the ability to engage staff at all levels. * Previous experience in a Health & Safety role is required. * NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
