About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multi-Property Senior Sales Manager to oversee sales operations across our two key properties in Peterborough and Huntingdon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with strong hospitality experience to take ownership of business development, account management, and revenue growth across a multi-property portfolio.
The role will be split 60% based at our Peterborough property and 40% at Huntingdon, requiring excellent time management, organisation, and relationship-building skills. With a 60/40 focus split, this role will be pivotal in driving business growth, developing client relationships, and maximising revenue opportunities for both locations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and manage the sales teams across both properties.
Develop and deliver a proactive sales strategy to maximise revenue across both hotels.
Work closely with the Hotel Managers and revenue teams to align sales activities with business targets.
Provide regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts, strategic plans.
Proactively source, negotiate and secure new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring both properties are well represented in the local and regional marketplace.
About You
Proven track record in senior sales management, preferably within the hotel & hospitality industry.
Confidently present at Board of Director business reviews, providing clear and professional reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic plans
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term planning and short-term goals.
Flexible and adaptable to work across multiple sites.
Strong knowledge of the local market in Peterborough and Huntingdon is advantageous.
