IT Service Desk – supporting all Sophos employees, from onboarding and break/fix issues to new service introductions. Infrastructure – managing the diverse corporate services that every employee relies on. Operations Centre – providing 24/7 incident support to both product and IT teams. This role sits within the Infrastructure pillar, leading our Enterprise Collaboration and EUC team. The team manages our company-wide collaboration tools and end-user computing platforms, including the O365 environment (Teams and SharePoint), Zoom, and JAMF.
What You Will Do:
* Define and own the End User Compute (EUC) and Collaboration strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and technology trends.
* Shape and deliver our collaboration strategy, driving adoption and best practices across the company.
* Define and champion how Sophos employee work across our collaboration stack
* Own and evolve our enterprise collaboration tools, primarily focusing on the M365 tool set, ensuring they meet business needs at scale
* Collaborate with technical SMEs and Architects to design and deliver transformation initiatives
* Define and execute the EUC (End User Computing) roadmap in partnership with stakeholders across Sophos.
* Lead a global team of 7–10 subject matter experts across Europe, the USA, and India
* Oversee projects and service delivery, ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes.
* Have a strong focus on people leadership, career management, and planning.
* Collaborate with other leaders to drive superior collaboration and change adoption in IT organisation
* Maintain a culture of high performance and productivity
What You Will Bring:
* Knowledge of O365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange) and modern device management platforms (e.g., Intune, JAMF).
* Strong leadership experience in a global environment, managing distributed technical teams.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage C-level executives.
* A strategic mindset, coupled with the ability to translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
* Willingness to travel quarterly to meet with regional teams.
