A leading accountancy firm, in Leicester are hiring into a key position, an Audit and Accounts Manager to support their teams and increasing client demands. This is a key leadership role within the firm, overseeing one of their Audit and Accounts teams. Role Highlights: Leading and managing audits from planning through to completion Supervising and mentoring junior team members Managing a diverse client portfolio Preparing statutory accounts Acting as a key point of contact for clients, delivering a high standard of service Role split: approximately 75% Audit / 25% Accounts Most audits are local and completed within standard working hours n o extended travel or late nights Salary: Dependent on experience and judged by the firm at interview, but generous salary and package on offer.
