About the role
We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic IT&D Manager - NE Factories to help us realise the full value of our global IT&D services, products, and programmes. In this role, you’ll work closely with key internal and external partners to create competitive advantage, drive business performance, and ensure seamless integration of IT capabilities across the organisation. You’ll play a pivotal part in shaping our technology roadmap, optimising solution delivery, and strengthening relationships across the business to ensure our services meet evolving organisational needs.
Your responsibilities
* Realise value from global IT&D services, products, and programmes
* Build strong, collaborative partnerships with business leaders and external partners
* Drive reduction of local IT solution footprints and ensure tight budget management and control
* Work closely with IT&D area product leads on value realisation, change management, and roadmap definition
* Monitor value delivery and provide oversight and sign‑off (business case, gap analysis, go‑live, TTS) on all IT&D‑approved projects
* Develop process flows and use cases to maximise simplification and value
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with business needs and objectives
* Manage business conflicts and negotiate solutions to maintain smooth operations
* Assess performance of services/products against targets through review cycles and reporting to senior management
* Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
The experience we're looking for
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively between business teams and customers while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
* Experience within FMCG or a corporate environment
* Strategic thinking and the ability to anticipate changes in the business environment
* Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to address and resolve issues proactively
* Solid understanding of IT services and how they align with business needs
* Confidence in leading and influencing cross‑functional teams to achieve organisational goals
* Exposure to IT portfolio management
* A degree in an analytical discipline.Flexibility and resilience, with the ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to change
* Experience in Agile / SAFe methodologies (advantageous).
