* provide support with hospitality and events
* Step in for the head chef during absences, ensuring smooth kitchen operations
* Assist the head chef in creating, ordering, and compiling weekly menus
* Share responsibility for daily Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards
* Maintain excellence in food quality and customer service, ensuring high standards are met
* Collaborate with the head chef to manage kitchen areas and team performance
