An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced clinical leader to join a luxury care home offering residential, nursing and dementia care. With a warm, homely feel and a strong commitment to relationship centred care, the home provides exceptional, all-inclusive care and support to residents and their families. The home is "Good" rating across all five CQC domains and is well regarded for its welcoming environment and dedicated staff team. As Deputy Home Manager you will bring clinical expertise and positive, people focused leadership. This position will play a key part in supporting the home's continued success, working alongside an experienced Clinical Lead who has grown with the service and leads a stable, well established nursing team. We would welcome applications not only from experienced Deputy Managers but also from exceptional Clinical Leads or Unit Managers looking to step up into a senior leadership role. This is a fully supernumerary position, with clinical support required only in emergency or last minute situations. The successful candidate will take part in the duty manager rota approximately one weekend a month. Requirements: Registered Nurse or RMN with active NMC PIN and strong clinical skills Proven experience of post-qualification Practice in a health and social care setting with older people Previous experience of leading a team Great written and verbal skills for communication and understanding Good IT skills and confidence in computer based workSalary: c£60,000 neg DOSE 33 days holiday (incl of bank holidays) This is an outstanding opportunity for a confident clinical leader to make a real impact within a high-quality, relationship-led service.
