The Role – Behaviour Mentor As a Behaviour Mentor, your key responsibilities will include: Providing 1:1 support to students across KS3 and KS4 Supporting pupils with behavioural challenges, including potential ADHD or ASC diagnoses Working flexibly across mainstream classrooms, the behaviour hub, and other school areas Building positive relationships and promoting emotional regulation and positive behaviour Collaborating with a highly supportive and experienced pastoral and SEN team Please note: A full UK driving licence and willingness to obtain business car insurance are essential for this role. ✅ Requirements – What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a SEN school, PRU, or alternative provision setting TA qualification or degree-level education (desirable but not essential) Strong behaviour management and de-escalation techniques Ability to stay calm under pressure and support students with challenging behaviour A proactive, compassionate, and professional approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A valid driving licence Why This School?
