As a Regional Support Chef, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining consistency and quality across our venues by providing flexible culinary support where it’s needed most. You’ll step into kitchens across the region to assist during peak trading periods, staff shortages, or events, ensuring smooth service and upholding Signature Group’s high standards. This role offers variety, travel, and the opportunity to work with multiple teams while delivering great food and contributing to an excellent guest experience.
Key Duties:
• Support kitchen operations across various sites, stepping in where additional culinary support is required.
• Maintain food quality and presentation in line with company standards and health regulations.
• Assist with menu execution and daily preparation, adapting quickly to different kitchen environments.
• Collaborate with permanent site teams to ensure smooth service during peak periods.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant food safety guidelines.
Key Skills & Requirements:
• Proven experience in a chef role, ideally within a multi-site or high-volume catering environment.
• Strong adaptability and ability to work effectively in unfamiliar kitchens and changing teams.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills under pressure.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
