We are seeking a senior, enterprise-level leader to drive operational excellence, gross margin improvement, and working capital optimisation across global operations.
The role will include leading continuous improvement within a global world class manufacturing business in order to improve profitability by reducing costs, inefficiencies, and losses across the supply chain—from sourcing and manufacturing to distribution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the global Operational Excellence strategy, governance, and Function Operating System (MOS).
2. Own the International Gross Margin Improvement (G2G) programme, delivering ~2% of net sales in annual profit improvement.
3. Sponsor cross-functional transformations across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and customer service.
4. Drive working capital and cash optimisation in partnership with finance.
