The school is seeking passionate SEN Tutors to join their team for immediate and September starts.
The school supports pupils with a wide range of complex needs, including ASC, autism, PMLD, and other neurological diagnoses, and places a strong emphasis on individualised learning, therapeutic support, and staff development.
About the Role:
As a SEN Tutor, you will plan and deliver highly differentiated, engaging lessons that meet the individual needs of your pupils, working closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team to ensure every learner makes meaningful progress.
Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Planning and delivering creative, personalised lessons
✔ Supporting pupils with ASC, PMLD, and complex learning needs
✔ Leading and working collaboratively with a team of support staff
✔ Creating a structured, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
✔ Using specialist resources and facilities to enhance learning
✔ Monitoring progress and contributing to EHCP targets

The Ideal Candidate:
✔ QTS or QTLS (essential)
✔ Previous experience teaching within a SEN or specialist setting

✔ A commitment to inclusive, child-centred education
