We’re looking for a Used Vehicle Sourcing Coordinator to join our Remarketing Services Group (RSG), part of the wider Customer Services Division. This is a fantastic opportunity to build deep commercial exposure within the used vehicle market while supporting a high-performing sourcing team.
RSG plays a key role in maximising vehicle lifetime value across the OneToyota Group by repatriating used vehicles back into franchised networks and retaining them through their second and third lifecycle. Each year, we remarket around 14,000 used vehicles across our brands and partners.
With a fast-moving market and exciting developments in online retail, mobility pilots, and future lifecycle leasing, this role sits at the heart of a dynamic and evolving function.
What You’ll Be Doing
As Used Vehicle Sourcing Coordinator, you’ll support the end-to-end sourcing and purchase process, ensuring vehicles are bought, processed and moved efficiently while delivering best value.
Key responsibilities include:
* Monitoring current and upcoming used vehicle stock across multiple channels and suppliers
* Researching vehicle condition, provenance, service and mechanical history to support buying decisions
* Coordinating target vehicle mix and maintaining a forward-looking sourcing pipeline
* Completing post-purchase administration to ensure smooth and compliant vehicle purchases
* Supporting rental and customer buyback processes, liaising with internal stakeholders to manage risk and stock mix
* Arranging vehicle logistics to minimise downtime, costs and residual value impact
* Working closely with Defleet teams to track costs, outcomes and performance
* Maintaining accurate records of vehicle purchases, invoices and supplier payments
* Supporting part-exchange valuations and negotiating with suppliers where required
* Identifying and implementing process improvements within the sourcing function
* Providing general administrative and operational support across the wider RSG team
