German and Dutch Speaking Business Developers Required- London-Full Training - High Earning Potential - 1st year £50k-£60k OTE, 2nd Year £70k-£90k OTE, 3rd Year £100k Plus
Optimus Search is urgently looking for good business developers who speak fluent German and Dutch speakers to join a team that is working within the fast growing Cloud market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify new business opportunities and target potential clients
* Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
* Build a deep understanding of the company's products and services
* Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company
* Manage the sales process from initial contact to close
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding of new clients
* Provide regular feedback to the team on market trends, client needs, and competitor activity
* Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
Qualifications:
* Fluent in Dutch/Flemish or German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven track record of successful business development, ideally within a SaaS or tech-related industry
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
