Cover Supervisor - Secondary Education Location: Brixham, Devon Pay: £110 - £130 per day (DOE) Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday Contract: Full-time, Term-time only About the Role Are you a confident, adaptable individual looking to make a difference in the classroom? Key Responsibilities Classroom Management: Deliver pre-set learning activities and manage student behaviour in line with school policies. Student Support: Assist students with their work and answer general queries to keep them engaged. Reporting: Provide feedback to the department regarding student progress and any classroom incidents. Safety: Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all pupils during the school day. What We're Looking For Confidence: The ability to lead a room of students with authority and empathy. Flexibility: Comfortable moving between subjects throughout the day. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with both staff and students.
