Health & Safety Coordinator

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in health, safety, and fire safety management — ideally within a manufacturing or technical environment — who's ready to make a real impact in a forward-thinking organisation.
Main Duties
As our Health & Safety Coordinator, you'll develop, implement, and continuously improve our H&S and fire safety policies to ensure full compliance with UK legislation and ISO standards.
1. Developing and updating Health, Safety, and Fire Safety policies in line with UK regulations (Health and Safety at Work Act, COSHH, PUWER, etc.).
2. Conducting regular risk assessments, fire risk assessments, and site inspections.
3. Leading incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.
4. Supporting our journey towards ISO 45001 certification.
5. Delivering engaging H&S and fire safety training sessions and inductions.
6. Managing fire safety compliance — including drills, equipment checks, and warden training.
