The role
You'll be responsible for setting up and running production lines to ensure the right product is packed to the highest quality, food safety, and customer standards. You'll lead a small team of operatives on the line, monitor KPIs, complete paperwork, manage hygiene tasks, and respond to any issues that impact efficiency.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a busy production setting and leads by example.
About you
* Experience in FMCG, ideally in fresh produce or food manufacturing
* Food Safety Level 2 & Health & Safety Level 2 (essential)
* Line Leader or Machine Operator experience (preferred)
* Strong communicator who motivates others and gets the best from a team
* Good attention to detail and confidence completing production paperwork
* Able to commute reliably without public transport
